ABOUT ME
Rikhard Hartikainen is a pastor, teacher, entrepreneur, and digital strategist whose life and work sit at the intersection of ministry, leadership development, and sustainable innovation. He currently serves on the pastoral team at Hungry Generation Church, where he is deeply involved in preaching, discipleship, deliverance ministry, and the planting of new church campuses. His ministry focus centers on helping people encounter the freedom, healing, and authority made available through Jesus Christ, while grounding spiritual experiences in biblical truth and healthy discipleship.
Rikhard’s journey into ministry was shaped by a deep hunger for God, a commitment to Scripture, and years of hands-on pastoral experience. Over time, he became increasingly involved in deliverance ministry, inner healing, and teaching on spiritual authority, generational patterns, and freedom from bondage. This work has led to thousands of deliverance sessions, large-scale online training initiatives, and the development of digital resources that equip believers around the world. He has played a key role in launching schools, online communities, and training systems designed to multiply leaders rather than centralize ministry around personalities.
Looking ahead, Rikhard’s vision is centered on multiplication and longevity. He is committed to planting healthy church communities, raising leaders who can stand with integrity, and building scalable systems that support ministry without burnout. Through upcoming church plants, expanded training platforms, and new digital products, his goal is to see local churches strengthened, families restored, and believers equipped to live both spiritually grounded and practically effective lives. At the core of everything he builds is a simple conviction: true freedom in Christ should be accessible, biblical, and sustainable for generations to come.
Rikhard lives in Washington State with his wife, Brittany, and their children, and continues to balance family life, ministry leadership, and business with a long-term focus on faithfulness, excellence, and impact.
Alongside his pastoral calling, Rikhard is a disciplined entrepreneur who believes that financial stewardship and kingdom impact are not opposing goals. He has founded and operates multiple ventures across media, digital education, and business, including Diligent Media and Rikhard Hartikainen Ministries, with additional initiatives under development. His entrepreneurial mindset is shaped by a conviction that ministries must be built to last, leaders must be supported sustainably, and systems should work smarter rather than merely harder.
Rikhard is also a content creator with a strong digital footprint, leveraging platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, email, and online courses to teach, disciple, and reach people far beyond physical church walls.
