He serves on the pastoral team at Hungry Generation Church and is actively involved in church planting, leadership development, and deliverance ministry. Alongside ministry, Rikhard builds businesses and digital platforms focused on education, media, and revival. He is the founder of multiple initiatives spanning online courses, podcasts, and content communities, and is committed to equipping believers spiritually, mentally, and practically. Rikhard lives in Washington State with his wife Brittany and their growing family.
